It’s Picture Book Month, folks. That’s my kind of month. Although, to be honest, every month is picture book month to me as a writer and a parent of two very small book addicts.
To celebrate, we’ve been to the library. We’ve taken out an extra armful of picture books on top of our normal bag load, I’ve donated a few more copies of my picture books to add to the shelves, plus I’ve had the pleasure of taking over a special half term Toddler Time, singing (sorry about that, folks), telling stories and covering the library in glue, feathers and googly eyes. Thank you, Frome Library!
I’m also doing my best to come up with a new picture book idea every day as part of Picture Book Idea Month – a great idea for writers, find more information on how to register here.
